As part of the ATC program, the guys are responsible for job search hours which include resume preparation, mock interviews, and then obtaining a job. Jay and Todd recently met their goal.
Jay is working at Red Robin. His official title is Sales Support Technician, which gives him the opportunity to be the follow through guy at the restaurant. He gets to do it all; busing tables, getting drinks, and making sure the customers are happy and being waited on. Jay said the time flies while he is at work and he is happy to be working for Red Robin.
Todd is working at Sterling Court, an assisted living community. He is currently washing dishes there with goals of obtaining his CNA and switching over within the company using his license. He knows that he is gaining valuable experience working at Sterling Court and with his education he will be able to continue to help people. Todd enjoys being in a profession where other people are affected in a positive way.
